 PA’s Bucks County Playhouse has rescheduled the new film, “Andy Mientus Sings ‘Joni Mitchell’s Ladies of the Canyon’,” which will now stream on demand on Stellar Mar. 18 – Apr. 1 (with a live online viewing part on Mar. 19), directed by Michael Arden, with music direction by Benjamin Rauhala.

RIP: Emmeretta Marks, one of the inaugural members of Hair‘s Broadway tribe, passed away Jan. 4 after an extended battle with dementia, at the age of 76.

While singing with Al Kooper’s “The Bule’s Project,” Ms. Marks auditioned for the Broadway transfer of Hair, joining the tribe as expanded in size from its original Off-Broadway production.

Following the original Broadway production and the first national tour of the musical, Ms. Marks sang with Ike and Tina Turner, as also with The Rolling Stones.
