Dates TBA…..
Romeo & Juliet, directed by Gaye Taylor Upchurch, starring Kurt Rhoads and Nance Williamson.
. Mr. Burns, a Post-Electric Play, by Anne Washburn & Michael Friedman, directed by Davis McCallum.
In a not-so-distant future where the grid has failed, society has crumbled, and memories can no longer be stored on hard drives, a group of survivors come together to recreate their vanished world through the life-affirming act of telling stories under the stars. A hymn of survival and resilience (sung my American’s unlikeliest hero, Bart Simpson!), the piece is an exhilarating exploration of how the pop culture of one era might evolve into the mythology of another.
Where We Belong, by Madeline Sayet, directed by Mei Ann Teo.
In this solo piece, Sayet travels to England to study Shakespeare, where she traverses geographic borders, personal history, and cultural legacies, in search of a place to belong.
A Midsummers Night’s Dream, directed by Matthew Saldivar.

A single epic story told in three parts. In 1967, Adham, a Palestinian Wordsworth scholar, goes to London with his new wife to deliver a lecture. When the war breaks out at home, he must decide in an instant what to do – a choice that will affect the rest of his life. The two parts that follow explore alternate realities based on that decision. Each part in the trilogy speaks to the others, together painting a rare and moving picture of Palestinian displacement and a refugee’s life of permanent impermanence.

This rapid fire and buoyant play tells the story of those who knew Shakespeare best as they fight to collect 37 of his plays into one volume against all odds.
